Overseas Delivery
Our standard online delivery service is within New Zealand.
Delivery to Fiji and the Cook Islands may be arranged by contacting us before placing an order. These overseas orders are accepted only after we confirm the delivery destination, available service, freight charge, expected delivery timeframe, any applicable restrictions and the total charges. Any applicable import duties or taxes, and who will pay them, must also be clarified before payment.
We do not offer overseas delivery to other destinations. New Zealand flat-rate and free-shipping offers do not apply to overseas orders unless expressly confirmed in our quotation. Please do not select a New Zealand delivery address or shipping rate for an overseas destination.

New Zealand Delivery
We understand that some customer needs the toner/ink very urgently. We do overnight courier for most of Toner / Ink order if available.
Our shipping costs are:
Order reach $99.99 ( $86.95+GST ): Free Shipping Nationwide
For orders under $99.99 ($86.95+GST), the shipping cost will be Flat rate delivery: $8.98 All New Zealand.
We will sent you the tracking link / tracking number as soon as we send the goods to the courier. So you can track with the courier tracking system.
We understand that some customer needs the toner / ink very urgently.
99% order will be sent to the courier on the same day morning if the order paid before 9am
99% order will be sent to the courier on the same day afternoon if the order paid before 2pm
Expected delivery time:
Auckland: Same day or next business day
North Island: Next business day
South Island: Next business day - 2 Business days.
RD/Rural: May cause extra delivery time.
